Brian Trzaskos, PT, LMT, SBMC, CSCS, CMP, MI-C, is a holistic wellness, mindset expert and co-creator of the trauma-sensitive, Sensation-Based Motivation Coaching method. Brian has extensive experience in diverse settings ranging from “cutting his teeth” at the world-renowned Craig Hospital for TBI and SCI Rehabilitation, operating his own integrative wellness center, training thousands of health and wellness professionals across North America, and improving the bodymind performance of today’s most driven entrepreneurs and organizational leaders.

Currently Brian is one of only ten practitioners licensed in the U.S. to employ the Motivational Maps assessment, the sole assessment designed to measure the full spectrum of motivation, and his coaching programs have improved individual’s motivation scores up to 167%.

As a physical therapist with extensive experience in neurophysiology, somatic psychology, and eastern energy medicine practices for 30+ years, Brian is a nationally recognized expert for his work in training health and wellness professionals how to successfully address mental wellness, burnout, and chronic pain challenges with trauma-sensitive, somatic practices.

Brian currently acts as the President of Motivation Beyond Measure and Director of Education at the Somatic Coaching Academy.  He earned his degree in Physical Therapy and Trauma Informed Organizations certificate from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Brian lives in northern New York in a quaint log home, nestled between the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains and the waters of Lake Champlain.  When he isn’t juggling work and family responsibilities, he loves practicing Tai Chi, backcountry canoeing, and skiing at WhiteFace Mountain.
