She is responsible for leading the strategy, fundraising, fan activations, and operations for the seven FIFA World Cup matches Miami will host in 2026 at Hard Rock Stadium. Lisa’s tested commitment to excellence, innovation, and outstanding results will drive the Miami Host Committee’s success when the world’s most popular sport, football, with more than 3.5 billion fans worldwide, descends upon the world’s largest sports and entertainment destination, the “Magic City.”
A shining testament to the value of being an authentic leader and never sacrificing your integrity, Lutoff-Perlo details the ins and outs of her extraordinary 40-year career. She has risen to the top in a male-dominated industry, while refusing to compromise her values and bringing countless others along with her. Along the way, she ultimately transformed and redefined relaxed luxury cruising with the launch of the bold, innovative Edge Series ships in 2018, which drove unprecedented demand for Celebrity Cruises and propelled the brand’s financial performance. Previously she served as Vice Chairman, External Affairs for the Royal Caribbean Group, one of the leading cruise companies in the world with a global fleet of 64 ships sailing for three award-winning cruise brands, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea Cruises. In this role, she worked to drive the company strategy forward working closely with both industry organizations and key external stakeholders. Prior to this role, she served as President and CEO of Celebrity Cruises from 2014 to 2023, the first woman to take the helm of a Royal Caribbean Group brand and one of the few women in the world at the time leading a multibillion-dollar brand.
Lutoff-Perlo is a recognized trailblazer in the global hospitality industry. She was the driving force behind transforming and re-defining today’s relaxed luxury cruise experience with a bold, innovative approach to ship design and service for both the industry and the Celebrity Cruises brand.
Lisa has been recognized with numerous awards for business transformation, outstanding leadership, diversity and inclusion, and her numerous philanthropic efforts. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Fortune 500 company AutoNation (NYSE: AN) and actively lends her expertise to numerous international and regional nonprofit organization boards.
