Due to the nature of information discussed in the meetings of the Entourage Leadership Group, I agree to protect the privacy, both personal and professional, of all in attendance during calls as well as any meetings. I agree not to divulge any information, to anyone, learned during these meetings.

During the course of the meetings there may be disclosed to me certain trade secrets of the participants; said trade secrets consisting of but not necessarily limited to:
(a) Technical information: Methods, processes, formulae, compositions, systems, techniques, inventions, machines, computer programs and research projects.
(b) Business information: Customer lists, pricing data, sources of supply, financial data and marketing, production, or merchandising systems or plans.
I agree that I shall not during, or at any time after the termination of this event, use for myself or others, or disclose or divulge to others including future employees, any trade secrets, confidential information, or any other proprietary data or accept resumes or requests for employment information from employees of the client in violation of this agreement.

Any coach/facilitator presenting during this program does not represent, warrant, covenant or guarantee any specific result from coaching or the content from this program. The coach/facilitator assumes no responsibility for any consequential damage that directly or indirectly results from decisions made by attendees. In no event will the coach/facilitator be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damage(s) related to this Agreement. In no event will the coach’s liability exceed the fees actually paid in accordance with this Agreement.

THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO WITHOUT REGARD FOR CONFLICTS OF LAWS PRINCIPLES. The parties agree, and the Client hereby consents, that this Agreement was entered into, and that venue is proper in the appropriate courts for the city of Lakewood, Jefferson County for state jurisdiction matters, or the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado for federal jurisdiction matters.
